Ardour doesn't auto renames tracks in jack

Hi,
When I create a track in Ardour, no problem, a client is created in jack with default name.
But when I (re)name the track, jack doesn't change and it results impossible to make any connection. I have to quit and restart Ardour.
Same on 2.7 with Fedora 10/CCRMA and 2.8.2 with Ubuntu Studio 9.10. I don't remember if Ardour always had this behavior before, I think it didn't...

I had the same problem with QJackCtl-0.3.4; when I pressed the Refresh button in the Connections window nothing happened.
Upgrading to 0.3.5 solved this.
