Hi, is there any way of deleting fader or panning automation points that you've drawn on manually? Thanks.

hallo,
place the mouse pointer over (any) automation point you want to delete and press 'shift + rightclick'.
by the way, with this combination you can delete lot more of 'events', like plugins, sends etc.

cheers,
doc

Is there also a method to move a whole automation line forward/backwards? Or copy it into another track?

OK thanks. By the way, is there any real difference between the normal way of setting the gain automation and the separate 'draw gain automation' tool on the toolbar for drawing points on the main waveform, or are they basically just two different ways of doing the same thing?

I have the same question.

There is not a method right now of moving a gain line forwards and backwards in time to my knowledge. Gain points of course you can. This is somewhat alleviated in 3.0 where Carl programmed in a function to attach the automation to a region, so in some cases it may be what you want, but not all.

In as far as the difference between fader gain automation and region gain automation, one of them will stick with the region, one is particular to the track:) That is primarily the difference.

OK thanks. Also, is there any way to automate the mute and solo controls for the different tracks?
