Tascam 144

I really need to figure out how to hook up my Tascam 144 to my computer if any one can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it, I've been looking around and just can't find anything about this model, I'm really mew at this so please bare with me.

lotone, did you ever find an answer to your question?

I have the Tascam-144, Debian linux, and want to use Ardour. Does anyone know if they will all be compatable?

I have the Tasam 122L and it works on OS 10.5.8 on my macbook , except it loses connection now and then. I think that the 144 is similar to what I have. I think they need to update their drivers. I've been looking for something more dependable . Maybe the Lexicon Omega interface. Still not sure what to buy.
